Q. Do you sell after remodeling?


A. There are some buyers who want to remodel themselves. Please contact us as is.

Q. Is there any cost to delete the mortgage?


A. As for the expense to be paid to the judicial scrivener, depending on the details of the mortgage setting, about 15,000 yen to about 30,000 yen will be the registration fee for mortgage cancellation.

Q.How much does it cost to sell the tax?


A. It depends on the time of purchase, purchase price, sale price and purchase circumstances. Please contact us first, as there are properties that are subject to taxes and those that do not.
